With a lack of inventory in the real estate market, real estate listings have been less available and that has produced a lower standard quality of service to the consumer. As the market now moves back to a more normal cycle, professionalism and quality service will be much needed. Similar to how lawyers represent their clients, realtors have the solemn responsibility of representing buyers and sellers and protecting their separate interests in each transaction.”
Perry explained how technology has impacted the industry. “In our tech-rich environment there has been a movement away from face-to-face involvement with individuals in the real estate business. Dependence on websites, email, and texting has taken over as the norm for how real estate is now handled. Although these ways of communicating are very important, we at Jet Realty are here to serve the client who wants to sit down with a professional and considerate agent and have a greater understanding of what it takes to sell or purchase their next home. We know that there are people who love to surf the web for property but having a highly skilled agent in their corner to help them navigate the sometimes “rough waters” can save time, headaches and money.”
